Townie is your neighborhood gym; it’s for everyone. We are a community of people who are dedicated to helping each other grow stronger in body, mind, and spirit. We believe that EVERYONE can achieve an elite level of fitness with proper coaching and the support of a strong community of like-minded individuals. Our mission is to improve your overall quality of life through fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Offerings

Beginner Fitness

Every new CrossFitter begins in our Foundations Personal training course. You’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.

 

Crossfit Classes

We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities. With our constantly varied programming, you will never get bored. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym.

 

Yoga

The classes are led by Shena Hernandez. She strives to provide a welcoming atmosphere that encourages personal growth through yoga. Everyone is invited to come as they are, be themselves, and most importantly have fun on the mat!

Try A Class

Ready to see for yourself what CrossFit Townie is all about? Schedule a FREE trial class to see how our dedicated team of coaches and supportive community can help you reach your fitness goals. During your free trial you will meet your coach, talk about your goals, and perform a CrossFit workout scaled to your ability level. Our CrossFit classes are for people of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, and your personal coach will be right by your side to offer encouragement and advice throughout your entire workout. After the workout you will sit down with your coach and discuss your options for joining the gym.
